From our Scottish studio to your project bag
Every order is packed with care in Midlothian. Orders normally dispatch in 3–5 working days. During busy periods I’ll keep you informed of any delay; pre-orders and dyed-to-order yarn have their own timelines on the product page.
Delivery charges
UK: £5 per order; Highlands & Islands £8.50
Europe tracked: £10 up to 250g; £14 above 250g
USA and Canada: £14 per order
Australia and New Zealand: £14 per order
European delivery is calculated using the total listed yarn weight in your basket. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout for your address. The £8.50 delivery zone covers HS, IV, KW and ZE postcodes, plus AB31–AB56, FK17–FK21, KA27–KA28, PA20–PA80 and PH15–PH50. Other UK addresses pay £5.
Online checkout supports the UK, European destinations available at checkout, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your destination is not available, please contact Wendy before ordering to ask about availability and postage.
Delivery estimates
After dispatch, allow around 2–5 working days within the UK and 2–5 weeks for the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates; seasonal delays and customs processing may add time.
Thoughtful packaging
Your yarn is wrapped using plastic-free, eco-conscious materials wherever possible, including recyclable tissue and sturdy boxes to protect your skeins in transit.
Customs & import fees
International customers may be charged customs duties, VAT, or handling fees when their parcel arrives in their country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price. Any fees applied are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, please get in touch. I’ll keep you updated and help investigate with the delivery service.
Returns & exchanges
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Yarn must be returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
